Two days after a fleet of stealthy American bombers struck deeply buried Iranian nuclear facilities, Mr Trump announced a “complete and total” ceasefire in the war between Israel and Iran. “I would like to congratulate both Countries, Israel and Iran, on having the Stamina, Courage, and Intelligence to end, what should be called, ‘THE 12 DAY WAR,’” he wrote on his Truth Social site.
